Terms of Service

CelestaHub is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of Celestial Church of Christ goods, garments, spiritual items, books, and related products. CelestaHub acts as an intermediary platform and is not the seller of record for any product listed by third-party vendors.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. By using CelestaHub, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

• Provide accurate delivery address and contact details when placing orders.

• Make payment in full at checkout. Unpaid orders may be automatically cancelled.

• Inspect items upon delivery and report issues within 48 hours.

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms.

• List only authentic, accurately described products that comply with applicable laws.

• Fulfil orders promptly and maintain adequate stock levels for active listings.

• Respond to buyer queries and dispute resolution requests within 48 hours.

• Maintain valid CAC registration (for businesses) and keep verification documents up to date.

Vendors who repeatedly violate these terms may be suspended or permanently banned from the platform.

All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. CelestaHub reserves the right to remove listings with inaccurate or misleading pricing.

Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. CelestaHub is not liable for payment processing failures outside our control.

Buyers may cancel orders in ‘Processing’ status. Once shipped, orders must go through the returns process. Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days of approval.

The following may not be listed or sold on CelestaHub:

• Counterfeit or infringing goods.

• Items that are illegal under Nigerian federal or state law.

• Products misrepresented as Celestial Church approved items without proper authorisation.

• Hazardous materials that cannot be safely shipped.

All content on CelestaHub — including logos, design, text, and software — is owned by or licensed to CelestaHub Ltd. You may not reproduce or use any of our content without prior written permission.

By uploading product images or descriptions, vendors grant CelestaHub a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform.

CelestaHub provides the platform “as is” and does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CelestaHub's liability for any claim arising from platform use is limited to the value of the order in dispute.

CelestaHub is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by vendors.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will give at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
